I love love love holidays! Um... did I mention I love holidays?? In case I didn't, this is my Valentine's Day dark chocolate fudge cake I made for our holiday office party.
The cake is filled with milk chocolate icing and is covered in vanilla buttercream, fondant accents and sugar pearls. Chocolate covered brownie bite "blossoms" pop out from the center showcasing sparkle piping gel and sugar heart-shaped candies.
The cupcakes are also chocolate fudge with milk chocolate icing with fondant accents & sugar pearl centers.
